On first install if you see an error message “Could not connect to the server” it is 1 of 2 things.
#1 The device has no internet connection.
Please restart WIFI or router.
#2 You have entered your User / Password wrong. You will need to clear apps DATA. Don’t worry. It is actually very simple to do and can be found here:
